Kesselrun Reports Results of Annual General Meeting

THUNDER BAY, ON, Dec. 18, 2013 – Kesselrun Resources Ltd. (TSXV:KES) ("Kesselrun" or the “Company”) announces that at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) held on December 17, 2013, all resolutions proposed to shareholders were duly passed, including setting the number of directors at five (5), the election of  the following individuals as directors of the Company: Michael Thompson, Caitlin Jeffs, Joao (John) Da Costa, Ali Hakimzadeh and James Beesley, the appointment of Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton Labonte LLP as the auditors of the Company, the approval of the Company’s 10% rolling Stock Option Plan and a special resolution amending the Company’s Articles of Incorporation to add advance notice provisions as described in the Company’s news release dated November 5th, 2013.

Michael Thompson, P. Geo., President & CEO of Kesselrun, is the Qualified Person responsible for Kesselrun’s projects as defined by National Instrument 43-101 and has approved the technical information in this news release.
